What are net 60 terms?

To pay an invoice with net 60 terms means that you have 60 days to pay the net total of your
bill. You can think of this simply as a buy now, pay later payment structure. When you sign up,
we may give you a small “limit” that you can spend on our site using 60-day payment terms. If
you exceed that limit, any additional orders will be charged when they ship. Take advantage of the wholesale program and unlock anywhere from $5k, $10k, or up to $200k in net 60 payment
terms for your store, you'll need to submit a short application.

Are there fees or stipulations for paying with net 60 terms?
Don't worry—there are no additional fees for paying with net 60 terms. Net 60 terms is not a cash loan, and ordering inventory with terms will not affect your credit worthiness.
What if I don't need $200,000? Will I get penalized for not using it all?

There is no penalty for not using all of the terms we give you. And if you've already hit your limit and want to buy more with terms, you can pay off an invoice early, or apply for an increase.

How do the flexible payment plans work?
In addition to your 60-day payment window, you’ll also have the option to enroll in a 12-week
payment plan. This means you can have up to 20 weeks to pay off your invoices. There is a
small fee depending on the plan you choose, ranging from 2% to 6%.
How do I start buying Wholesale?

Vendor is an online marketplace that offers wholesale, vendor helps you find amazing new
products to carry in your stores. We help to connect you directly with exclusive private vendors
that will become your new best sellers. If not, we’ll take those products back, no questions
asked: Your opening order with each brand is eligible for free returns within 60 days from the
date of order - we will even send you a prepaid shipping label to send back the items! Net 60
payment terms are available for all of your orders (for eligible retailers).

Who can buy on wholesale pricing?
Retailers must operate their own commercial brick and mortar store, online store (with a unique
URL), or consistent pop-up shop.
Please be prepared to share the following information: First and Last Name, Store Type, Email
Address, Store Name, Years in Business, Annual Sales, business registration information such
as VAT number, Reseller ID, etc. It is important that when you sign-up you provide accurate
information. The more information you provide during sign-up the less likely there are to be delays with your orders.
Is every product in your line available for wholesale?

Most of our products are available for wholesale purchase individually. However, from time to time, we have a few products not included in our wholesale catalog. If you have any questions, please reach out and we’ll get you sorted straight away!

To submit an order, you need to have a wholesale account with vendor to have access to our
private vendors products.
Can I order custom colours and sizes?

Yes. Just give us the details when placing an order when coordinating with our business
developers.

For custom products, minimums will be based on the style being ordered. Each style/material
will have different minimums.
What shipping options does vendor offer?

Get free shipping on all orders, and create personalized delivery settings, like deliveries only
during business hours.

Can I place an order if I do not have a website?
Yes, you may still place an order on vendor as long as you’re a business or organization (such as a school, university, non-profit, or government agency). If you do not have a website, please include a link to your company’s social media (Facebook or Instagram) account. Note, please do not include a link to your personal social media.
How can I get financing for my inventory?
